How long have you been in business?
I have been the Owner of Terra Travel for almost 20 years. It was previously owned by one other person and started around 1976. We are almost 40 years old.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary product and service is selling cruises and tours to individuals and groups. We offer a concierge type of service for our customers.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I previously worked on LaSalle Street in Chicago in stocks & bonds. I always wanted to own my own business and that came to fruition on St. Patrick's Day in 1997.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Although there has been a decrease in the number of travel agencies in the area, we continue to exist due to quality agents working with clients. We offer the concierge type of service versus just an "online" presents.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
A number of years ago, I owned four locations but decided over the years to reduce that to just two. At the present time, I do not have plans to expand the number of "brick and mortar" locations.

We are located on the NW corner of Power & Baseline.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and credit cards, depending on the product purchased.
Which areas do you service?
Most of our clients are in Maricopa County but we also work with people around the United States.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Paul Seiferth and is actively involved in the day to day operations.
What are your hours of operation?
8:30 to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday We are closed on Saturday and Sunday but available by appointment
