How long have you been in business?
Searchlight Memories has been in business for 6 years but, I have been in the business for 18+ years.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a full-service Travel Agency, Wedding/Event Planning Company, and offer an Online Mall for related items.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started in the wedding business when a job opening was available in a military chapel. I started in the travel industry when my children where older and I decided to go back to school, my love for travel and being able to share it with others sent me in that direction. I started event planning when we where stationed in Germany and I became the MWR Coordinator and was in charge of booking USO tours for the US and NATO military troops and families.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Because we are a travel agency, wedding/event planner and have added the online mall we are able to help our clients with the one stop shop so to speak. If they are planning a destination wedding what better place to go then a company that can not only help with the wedding planning but also the travel, invitations, favors and anything else needed for the wedding or travel.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One and no we do not have plans at this time to expand.

We are only open by appointment only and go to the client.
