How long have you been in business?
Phoenix Rubber Stamp has been a family owned business since 1964.
What is your primary product or service?
We make rubberstamps for home and business. These include banking stamps, notary stamps, professional stamps and logo stamps. We also engrave and sublimate (full color) badges, name plates and awards.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our Uncle started this business and both owners worked for him. With the knowledge base and customer familiarity, it was a natural process to take over.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have a great customer service. We pride ourselves, in most cases, providing customized products in a 24 hours. We back up our work and strive for happy customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our McDowell store is our only location. We are a small business.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are one store east of 40th Street and McDowell, on the North side. We are easily accessed from the 202 freeway on 40th Street.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
We do a great business in Phoenix and all across Arizona. We also ship anywhere in the United States.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are a sister owned company. Mary is in charge of customer service and has a thirty year experience base. The other owner is her sister Karen. She is in charge of accounts.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I am so happy in the way my stamp turned out!
